The Stratton Outdoor Amphitheater at the Historic Independence Mill Site is available for events, weddings, small concerts, and other activities..
The facility is outdoor seating for about 60 in a rustic setting. The large water tank is open to the sky above and is surrounded by concrete walls about 7-8 feet tall.
The amphitheater is about one block up the Golden Circle Trail off Teller County Road 81 just outside Victor. Parking is at the Victor Helipad. Access will be provided for equipment and supplies to be delivered by vehicle within a few feet of the main entrance.
The site may be used with a nominal $50 fee to the Southern Teller County Focus Group. The fee help covers the cost of the site development and facilities. There is also a refundable $25 cleaning fee. If the site is left clean and free of trash, the fee will be refunded in total.
Events not sponsored by the STCFG have insurance requirements and all events must be approved by the STCFG 30 days prior to the event date.
